Photography Students Practice for Standardized Testing Through Artful Inquiry...

Sarah Cress, photography teacher at Streamwood High School has introduced a new way of preparing for standardized testing. Students will visit an online blog site weekly, where they will respond to artful readings and math-based inquiries. Students will respond to assignments in their sketchbooks, a required component for all Photography 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6 students. Students will experience engaging and contemporary readings while also preparing for those inevitable testing dates.
